Due to the perishable nature of our products and legal restrictions regarding the transport of alcohol, Mano's Wine cannot accept returns on wine once it has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 15 days for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Shipment
Upon delivery, carefully examine your wine bottles and packaging for any signs of breakage, leakage, or incorrect labeling.
- 2.Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box, including the shipping label, to facilitate your claim process.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the attached photos to initiate a request for a replacement or refund.
- 4.Resolution Approval
Once our team reviews your documentation, we will issue a credit to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
