How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that custom etched bottles may require additional time for production before they are dispatched.

Do I need to be home to sign for my wine delivery?

Yes. Federal law requires that all alcohol shipments be signed for by an adult aged 21 or older. Carriers are not permitted to leave packages at the door without a signature.

Which states do you ship to?

We currently ship to most states within the U.S. However, due to varying state laws, we cannot ship to certain locations. Please check our shipping map at checkout for the most up-to-date restrictions.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on wine. If your bottle arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement.

Can I customize a bottle for a special event?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom deep-etched and hand-painted bottles. You can choose from our existing collaborations or contact us for bespoke corporate and event gifting options.

How should I store my Mano's Wine?

To maintain the quality of the wine, store your bottles in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, preferably between 55-65 degrees Fahrenheit, and away from direct sunlight.
